IN-BETWEEN MOMENTS (2022–2025)

An ongoing series of ceramic sculptures, sculptural performances, and installations with raw clay that explore human vulnerability in states of transition.

Each piece embodies a genderless figure suspended in liminality—between movement and stillness, connection and solitude, formation and dissolution.

The artist works with both fired ceramic sculptures and unfired raw clay. The raw clay, in its fragile and shifting state, underscores the impermanence of these moments, allowing the sculptures to crack, erode, or dissolve over time. Sometimes left unfired, they return to the earth, reinforcing cycles of transformation and decay.

Through performance, these figures interact with bodies and spaces, extending their metamorphosis into lived experience.
